Forms used in company liquidation.
Accessibilty notice: These forms follow a required legal format set out in Schedule 2 of The Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991. We believe exemption 2 (e) of the The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 applies as it is “third-party content that is neither funded nor developed by, nor under the control of, the public sector body”. However, if you encounter accessibility problems, please contact us at insolvency@economy-ni.gov.uk and we will seek to find a solution.
